Summary:
At Booz Allen Hamilton, I led and contributed to a wide range of immersive software projects supporting government, defense, and enterprise clients. My work included developing large-scale VR training simulations, architecting deployment infrastructure for 90+ applications, and building secure data transformation pipelines using Apache NiFi.
As Engineering Team Lead, I supervised up to 16 engineers across 14 concurrent projects, conducted milestone reviews, and provided technical leadership across simulation, data engineering, and front-end development efforts. I also acted as a Career Manager, mentoring junior developers and fostering a high-performing team culture.
Why It Matters:
The work at Booz Allen Hamilton demonstrates how immersive software and real-time systems can support practical, high-impact applications in fields like training, education, and cybersecurity. These projects required reliable performance, scalable infrastructure, and thoughtful design to meet real-world needs. They show how interactive technology can be used to solve complex problems in professional and enterprise environments.
